Coaching Process
Overview
Coaching engagements are 6-months in length. We utilize a dedicated coaching platform to streamline the executive coaching process. Assessments are utilized as needed to blueprint strengths or gaps in skills. Hogan EQ, Hogan 360, Hogan Leader Focus.
Learning & Tools
Options provided for learning around leading edge best practices and tools like Emotional Intelligence, Growth Mindset, Mindfulness, others. Clients become more intentional and self-aware, and the results are sustained.
Pivots & Progressions
Through expanded self-awareness, clients make pivots from patterns which are not best serving their goals or teams. This is the beginning of the process to create more of what they determine important to their success, their organization's success.
MTM's Coaching Platform
Within our coaching platform, tools are utilized to track progress on goals. The platform is easily accessible for clients; it holds all communications, resources, and tools for coach and client to reference as needed. The platform also provides a layer of confidentiality within engagements.
